From vineyards located on the slopes of the Diarizos valley at different altitudes.

Winemaking Notes: Each vineyard is vinified in a separate tank in order to bring out the best characteristics of each variety. Then, various tests are carried out to select the final blend, which is aged for 4 months with fine lees from Xynisteri. Bottling takes place at the winery 6 months after the harvest.
